Beef

We rear our own beef but our friends and neighbours are willing to step in if we can't meet demand; we favour native breeds for flavour and utilise herbal leys wherever possible.

Pack sizes vary, prices shown are per pack, but we provide the average based on the real weights of every cut we process.
