Our milk is from Greyleys Jersey Milk in Elvington; from pedigree Jersey cows it offers higher cream and protein levels and is unhomogenised so has the traditional cream on top and tastes delicious!
Our potatoes are the 'Sagitta' variety, known for good flavour and ideal for chips, mash and baking.
