Jersey milk is naturally higher in cream and protein levels than standard cow's milk and ours comes from the famous Greyleys herd on the outskirts of York where they have been farming pedigree Jerseys since the 60s.  Gently pasteurised on-farm but NOT homogenised, this milk will have a traditional creamline and premium taste!
